Credit Card Processing Fee Minimization

This service is a comprehensive audit/review of our client's entire credit / debit card processing environment which results in lower processing fees charged to our clients.

Through patented technology, we are able to review all of your credit card processing activity for the prior 12 months. The software program we use enables us to download the previous 12 months of merchant processing summary statements quickly and then perform the analysis to identify savings opportunities.

Upon completion of our review, we are able to incorporate the cost savings opportunities identified into a custom designed program tailored specifically to your processing environment. We then work with you and your processor to ensure that all of the recommended savings opportunities are implemented and stay in force through our 36 month monitoring service. All of our work is performed in our offices. We require very little time from our clients – normally less than 10 hours total over the course of our entire engagement.

Our review will include all areas of processing, such as terminal and POS (point of sale) software/hardware, charge-backs, acquirer and card issuer fees, network and gateway fees, and rule changes by processors. This is not meant to be a complete list. There are over 740 merchant category codes and 300 transaction categories - the probability that every transaction is processed in the most efficient manner possible is unlikely unless a merchant has the technological advantage we provide to them.

Similar to other cost-saving services, the fees are purely success-based. We are only paid based upon actual savings delivered to our clients.
